We support lookups for SKU, NDC, GTIN and UPC, along with all other industry standard barcodes. Real-time validation of your item master file addresses any stock issues immediately at the point of entry. If you are looking for reporting of cost, product description or price validation, we can use your files to cross reference this data or any other data to meet your requirements.
Prior to the inventory, our Team will work with you to understand your corporate inventory policies and procedures. Our processes will then be developed to ensure we have proper controls for accuracy while we run the inventory and to minimize any impact upon your day to day business.
During the inventory, we manage and audit our Inventory Specialists. This is another level of quality control that maintains the accuracy of the data being collected. This is our requirement above and beyond any recounts and spot checks your Store Managers may require.
At the end of the inventory, we will provide you with any customized reporting and data files you require to confirm and validate the inventory. Our Inventory Supervisor will meet with your Store Manager and walk the store to verify that you are completely satisfied with the inventory prior to any final reporting. Reporting is tailored to your needs and provides everything from Area to Department/Category breakdowns including previous comparisons. You can also retrieve these reports along with any final inventory data files from our secure website.
